Rafał Bojańczyk, Kazimierz's son, expanded the family's economic and social activities. He also acquired brickyards and the extensive Łanieszczyzna estate (now a significant part of the Południe Estate in Włocławek). In 1874, he introduced a new beer production technology, which in subsequent years allowed him to eliminate competitors and monopolize the local brewing market. Rafał established a tradition of involvement in the city's social life within the Bojańczyk family. For example, in the 1860s, he joined a social committee of a dozen or so members whose purpose was to conduct discussions and take action to build the first bridge over the Vistula River in Włocławek. From his marriage to Eleonora Ludwika Albeter, Rafał had only two sons: Leon Piotr (1846–1907) and Wincenty Albrecht (1850–1926). In accordance with his father's plans, Wincenty became the legal and sole owner of the brewery, while Leon became the sole owner of the brickyard located on Szpitalna Street.
