Accessibility IOS Declaration

The Marshal's Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Toruń undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its mobile application in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 4, 2019, on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. This accessibility statement applies to the "Culture within reach - guide to Kuyavia and Pomerania" mobile application.

Everyone has the right to demand digital accessibility of the specified mobile application or element of the mobile application, including elements referred to in Article 3 (2), and digitally inaccessible elements under Article 8 (1). The request should include:

  • contact details of the person making the request.
  • indication of the website, mobile application, or element of the public entity's website or mobile application that should be digitally accessible.
  • indication of the method of contact with the person making the request.

The public entity should fulfill the request immediately, no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity immediately informs the requester when the request will be possible to fulfill. However, this period cannot be longer than 2 months from the date of the request.

If ensuring digital accessibility is not possible, the public entity may propose an alternative way of accessing the information. If the public entity refuses to fulfill the request for accessibility or an alternative way of accessing the information, the requester may file a complaint about ensuring digital accessibility of the website or its element. After exhausting the above procedure, you can also submit an application to the Ombudsman.

Architectural Accessibility

The Marshal's Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Toruń has 12 locations.

The main headquarters of the Marshal's Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship is located in a building at Plac Teatralny 2 in Toruń, from which basic architectural and organizational barriers for people with disabilities have been removed and adapted to serve people with disabilities in the following scope:

access to the building is provided by external stairs and a ramp; the main entrance is located on the ground floor, without obstacles such as thresholds, with automatic doors, double-winged doors opened by a photocell; the building is adapted to serve people with disabilities on each level through a system of three elevators, all employees of the Office serve people with disabilities, and in case of such a necessity, specially trained individuals; the corridors inside the buildings have a width of at least 1.20 m; information on handling matters in the Office is provided at the Information and Service Point located on the ground floor in the main hall, under the phone number 56 62-18-600 or by email at punkt.informacyjny@kujawsko-pomorskie.pl; toilets adapted to the needs of people with disabilities are located on the ground floor in the right corridor from the Information and Service Point, as well as on the first and second floors, at the same level; 2 parking spaces with spots reserved for cars used by people with disabilities are located in the internal parking lot of the Office and are available after passing the barriers from Aleja Solidarności; a fire alarm system with light signaling of danger has been installed in part of the building; the Information Point of the European Funds located on the ground floor in the right corridor after entering the building has been equipped with an induction loop; the elevators installed in the building are equipped with sound signaling indicating the opening and closing of doors, a control panel with markings for blind people, a voice message indicating on which floor the elevator stopped, a display showing the floor where the elevator is located, handrails on both sides of the cabin; in part of the building, internal stairs are equipped with handrails on both sides, extended at the beginning and end of the stairs by 30 cm, terminated to ensure safe use; steps of internal stairs in part of the building are marked with a contrasting color (beginning and end of the flight distinguished by a contrasting strip); it is possible to enter the building and all its rooms (excluding technical rooms) with an assistance dog and a guide dog; for our customers, we provide free service with the help of a sign language interpreter or guide-interpreter when handling matters in the Office. The need to use the interpreter with an indication of the chosen method of communication should be reported at least 3 working days before the planned visit to the office by contacting the employee of the Information and Service Point at the email address: punkt.informacyjny@kujawsko-pomorskie.pl, by phone: 56 62-18-600 or by sending an SMS to the phone number 517 770 017.

2 parking spaces with spots reserved for cars used by people with disabilities, located in front of the entrance to the building; on the ground floor of the building, a toilet adapted to the needs of people with disabilities; a fire alarm system with light signaling of danger has been installed in part of the building; the lack of a lift prevents people using wheelchairs from moving between individual floors of the building containing customer service rooms, there is a possibility to arrange a meeting with a customer on the ground floor; roads and evacuation routes inside the building have been marked with illuminated evacuation signs; a changing table for children is located in the toilet for people with disabilities.

ul. Targowa 13/15 in Toruń:

1 parking space with a spot reserved for cars used by people with disabilities; access to the building is provided by stairs, without a ramp or other solution enabling easy access for people using wheelchairs; after crossing the entrance stairs, an elevator installed in the building allows movement between individual floors of the building containing customer service rooms; lack of a toilet adapted to the needs of people with disabilities; lack of facilities for people with disabilities with hearing or vision impairment; lack of facilities for caregivers with small children.

2 parking spaces with spots reserved for cars used by people with disabilities; customer service rooms located on the 1st floor; access to the building from ground level, inside an elevator preventing movement between individual floors of the building containing customer service rooms for people using wheelchairs; lack of a toilet adapted to the needs of people with disabilities; lack of facilities for people with disabilities with hearing or vision impairment; lack of facilities for caregivers with small children.

ul. Bechiego 2 in Włocławek:

access to the building is provided by external stairs and a ramp; 1 parking space with a spot reserved for cars used by people with disabilities; customer service rooms located on the ground floor; toilet adapted to the needs of people with disabilities; corridors inside the buildings have a width of at least 1.20 m; roads and evacuation routes inside the building have been marked with illuminated evacuation signs; the Information Point of the European Funds located on the ground floor has been equipped with an induction loop; facilities for caregivers with small children have been provided: <ul"> next to the Information Point of the European Funds, there is a children's corner; a playground for children is located in front of the building.

access to the building is provided by external stairs, a ramp, and a lift starting from the underground garage; 2 parking spaces with spots reserved for cars used by people with disabilities; external and internal stairs in the building have handrails on both sides, extended at the beginning and end of the stairs by 30 cm, terminated to ensure safe use; the elevator installed in the building is equipped with a control panel with markings for blind people and a display showing the floor where the elevator is located; customer service rooms located on the ground floor; toilet adapted to the needs of people with disabilities; corridors inside the buildings have a width of at least 1.20 m; on the ground floor of the building, there is a cloakroom for customers; a fire alarm system with light signaling of danger has been installed in the building; facilities for caregiver s with small children have been provided: a changing table for children located in the toilet for people with disabilities; roads and evacuation routes inside the building have been marked with illuminated evacuation signs.

access to the building is provided by external stairs and a stairlift located from the garden side, operated by an employee of the facility; 1 parking space with a spot reserved for cars used by people with disabilities; customer service rooms of the Information Point of the European Funds located on the 1st floor; the elevator installed in the building is equipped with a control panel with markings for blind people and a display showing the floor where the elevator is located; toilet adapted to the needs of people with disabilities located on the 2nd floor; corridors inside the buildings have a width of at least 1.20 m; the Information Point of the European Funds has been equipped with an induction loop; facilities for caregivers with small children have been provided.
