The "Culture within the reach of 2.0" project is implemented as part of the Regional Operational Program of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020. The leader of the project is the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, which invited 67 cultural units from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship to cooperate in the implementation of the project: including libraries, museums, theaters, cultural centers, universities and other entities.
