Declaration of Android Accessibility
Accessibility Declaration Android The Marshal's Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Toruń undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its mobile application in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 4, 2019, on the digital accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications. The accessibility statement applies to the Culture at Hand mobile application - a guide to Kuyavia and Pomerania.

Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility from the public entity for the specified mobile application or mobile application element, including elements referred to in Article 3(2), and digitally unavailable elements based on Article 8(1). The request should include:
- Contact details of the person making the request.
- Indication of the website, mobile application, or element of the public sector website or mobile application that should be digitally accessible.
- Indication of the method of contact with the person making the request.
The public entity should fulfill the request immediately, no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity informs the requester immediately when the request will be possible. However, this period cannot be longer than 2 months from the date of the request.
If digital accessibility cannot be provided, the public entity may propose an alternative way to access the information. If the public entity refuses to fulfill the request for accessibility or an alternative way to access the information, the requester may lodge a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website or its element. Architectural accessibility
The Marshal's Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship in Toruń has 12 locations.
The main headquarters of the Marshal's Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship is located in a building at Plac Teatralny 2 in Toruń, from which basic architectural and organizational barriers for people with disabilities have been removed and adapted to serve people with disabilities as follows:
Access to the building is provided by external stairs and a ramp; The main entrance is located on the ground floor, without obstacles such as thresholds, with automatic double doors opened by photocell; The building is adapted to serve people with disabilities on every level through a system of three elevators, with all employees of the Office serving people with disabilities, and in case of such necessity, specially trained individuals; Internal corridors of the buildings have a width of at least 1.20 m; Information on handling matters in the Office is provided at the Information and Service Point located on the ground floor in the main hall, at telephone number +48 56 62-18-600 or via e-mail: punkt.informacyjny@kujawsko-pomorskie.pl; Toilets adapted to the needs of people with disabilities are located on the ground floor in the right corridor from the Information and Service Point, as well as on the first and second floors, on the same vertical line; 2 parking spaces with reserved spots for cars used by people with disabilities are located in the internal parking lot of the Office and are accessible after passing through the barriers from Aleja Solidarności; A fire alarm system with visual warning signals has been installed in part of the building; The Information Point of European Funds located on the ground floor in the right corridor after entering the building is equipped with an induction loop; The elevators installed in the building are equipped with sound signals indicating the opening and closing of doors, a control panel with markings for the blind, a voice message indicating the floor where the elevator has stopped, a display showing the floor where the elevator is located, handrails on both sides of the cabin; Some internal stairs in the building are equipped with handrails on both sides, extended at the beginning and end of the stairs by 30 cm to ensure safe use; The steps of internal stairs in part of the building are marked with contrasting color (the beginning and end of the flight highlighted with a contrasting strip); The building and all its rooms (excluding technical rooms) are accessible with assistance dogs and guide dogs; For our clients, we provide free assistance with a sign language interpreter or a guide-interpreter when handling matters in the Office.
