Wincenty Bojańczyk was a passionate entrepreneur who invested his earnings in real estate, primarily in a brewery. Wincenty's entrepreneurial activities extended beyond business. He actively participated in the city's daily life and was a community activist, including co-founding the Włocławek Fire Department (1874). Furthermore, at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, he became a member of the Włocławek Forestry Committee and a co-founder and member of the Włocławek Society of Craftsmen and Industrialists. He also contributed to the establishment of the Trade School in Włocławek (currently the Kujawy Land High School).
His brother Leon Piotr and one of his sons, Jerzy Zygmunt, were also community activists and prominent citizens of the city. Apart from Jerzy Zygmunt, from his marriage to Helena Marianna Anna Kocent Zielińska, daughter of the landowner Antoni Kocent Zieliński, he had four more children: a daughter, Irena Aniela, who was later married to Lucjan Haack, a representative of a well-known family of Włocławek industrialists; a daughter, Łucja Barbara; a daughter, Maria Klotylda, who married the outstanding scientist Ludwik Rajchman; and a second son, Michał Zefiryn.
