The Sala Sądowa (Courtroom) is an exceptionally rare example of a room that has survived to the present day and which was originally opened on three sides so that, in accordance with the custom of the time, the proceedings could be heard from outside, as depicted in a painting from 1605. The works on display in this room come from the workshop of Anton Möller in Danzig and belong to a group of moralistic representations as a warning to the bourgeoisie. They depict historical judgements, such as the Court of Susanna or the Court of Kambizes.
