This corner plot disappeared because of the demolition of the western frontage of Stary Rynek (The Old Market Square). In modern times, there was a front tenement house here, and at its back, a brewery recorded in 1669. The owner at that time was Jan Pniewski's widow, Anna née Binerówna, remarried to Wawrzyniec Białecki. Between 1755 and 1760 there was no trace of the brewery. At the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries the property belonged to the brewer Johann Joseph Grunwald. Between 1799 and 1801, Grunwald built a two-storey house with a mansard roof and moved in with his second wife, Agnieszka, née Ossowscy, married between 1804 and 1809.
